Flexible policy for our customers
We want to make sure that your experience in our salon is as pleasant as possible. Therefore, we have established some booking rules that we would like to share with you:

Cancellations: We appreciate your understanding should you need to cancel your appointment. To ensure optimal service, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment.

Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and we are here to help you. If you need to change the date or time of your appointment, you may do so without penalty as long as you inform us at least 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding these booking policies. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and these rules help us maintain efficiency and quality in our salon.

Appointment fulfillment
We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the smooth running of our schedule. A grace period of 10 minutes past the agreed-upon time will incur a $10 fee. If tardiness extends beyond 20 minutes, regrettably, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Your punctuality is greatly appreciated, and we kindly ask that you inform us upon your arrival at the residence. We deeply value your cooperation and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to enhance your beauty experience.
